An old stone “mazet” that was extended by the previous owners who succeeded in combining, the historical character of the house with modern elements through a mix of stone, concrete and cast iron.

The house is situated between Vaison la Romaine (5 kms) and Nyons (9 kms), at the limit between the Vaucluse and the Drôme provencale.

Our house measures 200 m2 and contains the following rooms :

A ground floor consisting of an open kitchen (20m2) connected to a living room (46 m20 and a dining room (19m2).
An independant bedroom (13m2) with one double bed (160) and its private bathroom (shower) and toilet.
A bathroom with walk-in shower and bath plus a separate toilet.
A utility room with a washing machine and dryer .

A mezzanine (30m2) with a view on the kitchen equipped with 1 sofas bed

An “atelier" (25 m2) attached to the house directly in front of the terras next to the swimming pool with a double bed (160) and wash basin cabinet.There is no bathroom and toilet.Access only by the outside of the house.

Garden of 8300 m2

The heated pool (end April until mid October) out of stone with concrete inner lining of 14x4 m and 1.50m deep) with a “blade water” fountain and electrical cover to ensure the safety of the children. The pool is heated by means of the heat pump.

Outside equipment: Lounge set, deck chairs, BBQ Weber, teak dining/lunch table of 2-3 m long with 10 chairs and 2 armchairs, table tennis, swing set, small slide.

Inside equipment: TV, Wifi, Apple TV, Netflix, wireless soundsticks audio system.
